The Party was on October 15th in Cabo San Lucas, at "The Ocean House" venue. As López sings you can see the sicario dressed as a clown flash across the screen. Moments later while Lopez continues singing, five shots ring out as Arellano is killed. Chaos and screams erupted as guest ran from the room.

This video is making the rounds on social networks. In the video, taken by a party guest, singer Luis Antonio López "el Mimoso" former lead singer of the popular "Banda el Recodo", is entertaining guests at a birthday party where Francisco Rafael Arellano Felix was attending.
Keep your eye on López, to me he seems to know something is about to happen.....
In top video you can see Mexican footballer Jared Francisco Borgetti, also Francisco's former wife, Rocío del Carmen Lizárraga Lizárraga, whom he kidnapped a few months after she was crowned queen of carnival in Mazatlán and just after her 18th birthday on May 1990.
In the video a reporter says there has been an arrest of one person, he was texting the sicario. He is seen in the video wearing a white shirt looking in the direction of the clown, he is seen rubbing his bald head, that action is suspected of being a signal.
