Huber Gomez Patino, son of Servando Gomez Martinez, alias "La Tuta,"the premier leader of the criminal group "Caballeros Templarios" was recorded by the Attorney General's Office (PGR) at the federal maximum security prison No.1 which is located in Almoloya, State of Mexico.
No.1 is Mexico's only true maximum prison and one from which there has never been a successful escape. He is incarcerated with El Chapo, and Z40, among other notorious bigs.
There, the alleged member of the the Templarios was made available to the Fourth Court of Federal Criminal Proceedings in Toluca, State of Mexico, to face charges for his alleged role in the offenses of organized crime, possession of firearms exclusive use of the armed forces and drug crimes.
According to a notice issued by the Council of the Federal Judiciary, in the coming hours the trial judge should order him his initial statement.
In Toluca legal Proceedings on Wednesday, will define the legal status of the son of "La Tuta".
