Michoacán attorney general office says Andrade is considered the leader of Caballeros Templarios lieutenants or deputy leader of the criminal organization, under the leadership of Servando Gomez Martínez "La Tuta."
According to reports by the Attorney General of Michoacán, the subject is likely responsible for killing 12 people, among which is Jesus Rodriguez Bueno , Tzitzio trustee, and John Gabriel Sanchez Aguilera, director of Public Security of Álvaro Obregón.
Andrade was intercepted on the Acambaro Zinapécuaro-road, Morelia and at the time of his capture police seized a .38 super caliber handgun, 12 bundles of marijuana, 44 ammunition, .38 caliber super chargers/clips and a truck.
Prosecutors PGJE also located a farm in the community of Palomas, in the township of Zinapécuaro, where "The Arab" had concealed a cache of weaponry.
