"El Flaco" was the leader and founder of the group Gente Nueva, of the Sinaloa Cartel, and one of the operators close to the boss "El Chapo" Guzman.
After the capture of "El Flaco" Salgueiro, and after some settling of scores "El Che" managed to put him in as Lieutenant of "El Chapo" in Chihuahua.
The functionaries consulted said that Heriberto was put at the disposition of Seido, who in the next few hours will determine his Ministerial situation.
Heriberto Salgueiro Nevarez controlled the planting and production of opium poppys and marijuana in the mountainous areas between Chihuahua and Sonora.
