Zacatecas, becoming stronger Zetas
There is an uptick in violence in Zacatecas, as Zetas have returned with even greater force than before.
Cartel Monterrey (CDN) has been on the ground in Zacatecas supporting Los Zetas.
Beheadings are back
Beheadings and the video taping of the gruesome atrocities, have made a comeback.
After the discontinuing the practice of decapitation video publishing, the violent conflict in Zacatecas has resumed the practice.

The facts are confusing, Especially since mainstream media is not reporting about the decapitation video. But as it stands, with information pieced together this is what appears to have transpired.
There is a recent video, of July 17 th , that was released on social networks.
In it Zetas behead a CDG cell leader, Commander Falcon in Zacatecas, and two others shot.

Those responsible for committing the decapitations of these three people and taping the video, were identified from the video footage and subsequently taken from a home in Caleraand "arrested" by the army.
They were tortured and executed by SEDENA, the bodies then dumped in Jerez
The bodies were so badly decomposed, DNA testing was necessary for identification. Five of the bodies were returned to the families today, two are waiting for positive identification.
The soldiers who participated in the extrajudicial execution Including colonel, Martin Perez, were arrested for the extrajudicial killings.
