Jorge Javier Castro Valle and Cesar Josue Castro Aguayo, members of the CJNG and ex policeman from Jalisco, were detained for being allegedly responsible for the homicide of Municipal Policeman Victor Manuel Inzunza Luna, on the night of 27th of November in Tijuana.

Cesar Josue Castro Aguayo, alias "El Percheron", 23 years of age and sub commander of the Municipal Police of Guadalajara, Jalisco, declared that the homicide was ordered by a criminal nicknamed "El Sapo".

Castro Aguayo was identified as an active member of the CJNG. For the past year, he has been hiding in Tijuana and his function was to buy arms in the United States to send them to Guadalajara, Jalisco.
