Elements of the Nuevo Leon state Investigation "Arrested" El Abuelo ", leader of Los Zetas in Coahuila. Abuelo’s legal name is Timothy Santiago Gallardo, and also has used the moniker “La Tuna”.
Although the even took place on May 10th it was only yesterday the high level Zetas leader, was confirmed arrested. He is linked to murders, kidnappings and extortion.
The arrest took place in Escobedo, Nuevo Leon in the Colonia of Quinta Los Alamos.
The arrested man was a prison escapee, who along with 10 others escaped a prison in Nuevo Laredo, Tamaulipas in 2006, amidst a shootout that left four people dead.
