As I posted yesterday, there was no official word that Héctor Luis Palma Salazar, 55, alias "El Guero Palma", had been delivered to Mexico, despite earlier indications and reports. Yesterday a couple of Mexican news outlets reported that he would be delivered today, and now it is being is reported that he “may” be delivered to the Federal Prison of Matamoros to face two charges. This was based on activity by the feds at the Matamoros, Tamaulipas International airport. This is being reported by journalist Joaquin Lopez Doriga.
However, federal authorities have not confirmed anything, if he has arrived in Mexico, or if Palma will be delivered into the custody of Mexico, or the time it will enter national territory. Doriga says police sources, say it will be apprehended and possibly transferred to the Federal Center for Social Rehabilitation (Cefereso) No. 2 West. Doriga is reporting this through his social media pages.
UPDATE: And 10 minutes ago (apx 3:30pm) a report out of Brownsville Texas say he was just transferred in that Texas city to Mexican officials. Supposedly he was taken aboard a PGR aircraft to Mexico City.
