They came here with intentions of starting from zero in our country. The modus operandi consisted of sending shipments through industrial containers", revealed the Fiscal Agent.
According to local authorities, Paraguay, its not a traditional country in the production of drugs, however it has been used to convert Bolivian Cocaine and then send it to Brazil, Argentina and other countries for selling purposes, through the implementation of illegal narco laboratorios in their territory.
The SENAD informed that the biggest hit against cartels was of 1800 kilos, which occurred in 2013.
