The State Commission for Security, in conjunction with the Chihuahua Attorney Generals office, have investigated this criminal organization for its links to homicides and shooting attacks this year in all of this region, principally in the communities mentioned, where recently there have been registered homicides.
According to the State Commission for Security this arrest will lead to a lowering of the violence in the region. "With the wave of violence that he has generated, we have the conviction that we are going to see those levels lower", said Aparicio.
Julio Cesar Escarcega Murillo, alias El Tigre, together with his group of sicarios were sent to the PGR, where they will be investigated for Federal crimes, but the Attorney General of Chihuahua will integrate some homicides into the case.
