This 15th of December, Netflix will launch a second fictional series of El Chapo, created by Silvana Aguirre Zegarra and Carlos Contreras, and produced by Daniel Posada.

With respect to the drug trafficker going to sue Netflix and Univision for the series with his name, apparently the producer Posada commented in the middle of this year that there was no such complaint.
