Sandra Avila Beltran, Pacific Queen, will be moved into Mexican territory some time today, sources with the Attorney General's Office reveal (PGR).
The PGR indicated that the woman will be given to the Mexican immigration authorities at Miami International Airport, United States, for a private flight and transferred to International Airport Toluca, State of Mexico, or land in Mexico City at a government hangar.
On Wednesday, Stephen Ralls, Avila's lawyer, told Notimex his client was sent to Moore Haven Correctional Facility in Glades County, “which is an immigration processing center”.The Federal Bureau of Prisons said on its website that Avila Beltran record number 98356-004 was released on Tuesday.
The lawyer said earlier that usually the procedure dictates immigration authorities will receive her into cusotdy further deportation.
The Mexican national was sentenced to 70 months in prison on Thursday by Judge Michael Moore, however, the judge considered her jail time as time served
