| El Chapo Guzman The former leader of the Sinaloa cartel Joaquin El Chapo Guzman , filed a complaint against the 13th District Amparo Criminal Judge , after that Judge discarded their original demand against eventual extradition to the United States , where he has existing charges with the Justice Dept. Chapo's defense lawyers filed a complaint with the Fifth Criminal Court Judges who assigned it case number 5/2015 Before this action, Guzman Loera presented an amparo against the order of extradition and its immediate execution ,however a Judge dismissed the appeal without previously studying it. The guarantees judgment 1233/2014 was presented on December 17th, and subsequently the previous 13th District Judge threw out the appeal. With regard to the order of extradition, it was categorical in affirming that it constitutes a “future and imminent act " , was the defense of Joaquin Guzman Loera insisting that there is provision for a transfer to the United States where he faces murder charges.
