Once soldiers had cordoned off the area, evidence was collected from six weapons, all were AK47 assault rifles, four 9mm pistols, and a .45 calibre pistol, a .50 calibre Barrett sniper rifle, and more than 20 x 40mm grenades and more than 500 rounds of different calibres.
The diverse confrontations registered in Evora during the week , provoked panic among citizens, who implemented a curfew.
